Pensel & Walker can now process out of network insurance claim forms for the following insurance companies: VSP, Superior Vision, Spectera, Eye Med, Davis Vision, Cigna Vision, Blue Vision. Present your insurance card with your personal information and we may be able to obtain your out of network benefits.

Simply pay us in full, and we will send a claim in for you. Your insurance company will process the out of network claim and forward any payment directly to you! We may not be able to access this information for all insured parties.

Pensel & Walker does not accept insurance. We complete the forms so you can use your out of network benefits when available.
